Student life
Small cohorts, real deadlines, and people who will tell you the truth.
Life at FBBS is organised around work that gets defended. The cohort is small enough that nobody hides and senior enough that feedback is worth having.

The rhythm
What a week actually looks like.
Teaching, working and defending run in the same week, every week.
Monday to Wednesday
Taught sessions with practitioners
Courses are led by operators and senior academics, built around decisions they have made rather than a textbook sequence.
- Case and simulation work in tiered classrooms
- AI and analytics workflows used inside the course, not beside it
- Reading and preparation expected before the room

Thursday and Friday
Live brief and studio time
Teams work a partner brief with a faculty mentor and a real deadline. Checkpoints are attended by the organisation that set the problem.
- Cross-discipline teams of four to six
- Weekly checkpoint with a written artefact
- Mentor review before anything reaches the partner

Across the term
Clubs, conclaves and mentoring
Student-led clubs run the conclaves, competitions and speaker sessions. Every student is paired with a practitioner mentor.
- Product, finance, analytics, consulting and entrepreneurship clubs
- Industry conclaves in the campus auditorium
- One-to-one mentoring through the career track
