Gaurav Rastogi

Mr Gaurav Rastogi believes we have entered an age in which technology, like a forest fire, consumes everything it touches, and that the only answer is to adapt. He set out that argument in Global Business in the Age of Destruction and Distraction (Oxford University Press, 2022), which he co-authored.

His conviction comes from the front line of the technology business. A Silicon Valley executive, he spent twelve years at Infosys, rising to Vice President and global head of practice sales, and went on to serve as President of Nagarro and to lead sales transformation at Quest Global. He co-authored an earlier book, Offshore: How India Got Back on the Global Business Map, founded Ekrasworks and DoLoop Digital, and co-founded Infinote.

He serves on the board of the Hindu Spiritual Care Institute, and through Ekrasworks he helps professionals do meaningful work with mind, attention and energy flowing together. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Delhi College of Engineering, he brings to First Bridge an unusual combination of technology, transformation and reflection, and a practical playbook for thriving amid constant change.
