Rohit Basuri

Mr Rohit Basuri builds the data foundations that AI depends on. As a Senior Principal Product Manager at ServiceNow, he is developing a data platform for AI agents, with a focus on semantic enrichment and data harmonisation.

His career has tracked the recent shifts in enterprise technology. He was a principal product manager on Adobe Experience Platform, managed products at Salesforce, and led innovation and product at Allstate India, after consulting and product roles at Infosys and Wipro. Along the way he has led work on data ingestion and enrichment, marketplace development, loyalty marketing and marketing technology. He is also a co-inventor on a US patent for a distributed-ledger system for background verification.

An alumnus of XIM Bhubaneswar who has taught product management at XLRI, he brings to First Bridge a working product manager's view of enterprise technology: how platforms are built, what customers need from them, and how AI is changing both.
