Dr Tanveer Kaur

Dr Tanveer Kaur turns a deep understanding of people into better products and experiences. A psychologist by training and a user researcher by practice, she has spent much of the past decade uncovering the human insights that guide design, innovation and business decisions.

She was a senior manager for UX research at Jubilant FoodWorks, the company behind Domino's in India, and lead user researcher at Byju's, and held product and research roles at myPAT. Her career began in psychology, working on student wellbeing at Roundglass. She holds a master's degree in psychology from Banaras Hindu University and a PhD in psychology. Her work combines qualitative and mixed-method research, user-journey mapping, information architecture and iterative design validation.

She is now exploring the psychology of resilience and self-preservation through research and writing. At First Bridge, she brings this understanding of how people think, choose and cope to organisational behaviour, helping future managers read the people behind every decision.
